Counselling provides a safe environment for you to explore the problems, taking time to find out the underlying causes and working together to find your solutions.  Just Us Therapy offer a client-led approach; This means that we take our lead from you, focusing on what really matters.  Our service is non-judgemental, confidential and supportive, providing a safe space for you to grow and develop.

Counsellors at Just Us Therapy work together with you to explore your feelings and develop a better understanding of yourself. This helps you to look at your choices and develop the ability to cope better.  Our hope is that you will start to feel more confident, emotionally stronger and able to cope with whatever life throws at you.

Counselling can be hard work sometimes, however the results can be very rewarding.
